Emergency Travel Certificate

The Emergency Travel Certificate (ETC), is an international travel document issued only to a person who is not in possession of Nigerian passport and needs to travel to Nigeria under an emergency situation. ETC is valid only for a single journey to Nigeria only, usually valid for a limited time period, and ceases to be a valid document upon entry into Nigeria.
